Training Seminar “Cell Therapy in Dermatology and Aesthetic Medicine”

PRACTICAL PART

Personalized hands-on training is carried out on the basis of the IPS Virtus inpatient surgical unit.

• Techniques of skin sampling.
• Incisional and punch biopsy for fibroblast culture. Techniques of administering AMC and fibroblasts for rejuvenation, treatment of stretch marks, scars, and chronic dermatosis.
• Preparation of a donor site for melanocytes isolation. Techniques of melanocyte-keratinocyte mixture administration for the treatment of vitiligo.
• Method of fat harvesting for lipofilling. Preparation of fat grafting (video demonstration).
• Techniques of injecting autologous fat enriched with growth factors for volumetric contour plasty.
